AISSEE (All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination) 2024 admission notification. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the notification and started registrations for the AISSEE 2024. The exam is scheduled to be held on January 21, 2024, in 186 cities across India.
The registration for the exam started on November 7, 2023, and the last date to apply for the exam is December 16, 2023, by 5 PM. The last date to pay the AISSEE registration fees is also December 16, 2023, by 11:50 PM. There is also a correction window for the application from December 18 to 20, 2023.
The exam is conducted for admission to Class VI and Class IX in 33 Sainik Schools across the country for the academic year 2024-25. The exam for admission to Class 6 will be conducted for 150 minutes, from 2 PM to 4:30 PM, whereas for Class 9, the entrance exam will be held for 180 minutes, from 2 PM to 5 PM.
The application fee for candidates belonging to general, wards of defense personnel, ex-servicemen, and OBC (NCL) categories is Rs 650, while Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe candidates have to pay Rs 500.
The AISSEE admit card 2024 will be released by NTA on the official website by the first week of January 2024. Candidates who have enrolled for the exam can download the AISSEE admit card from the official website.
The AISSEE exam will be conducted offline using the OMR sheet. The exam pattern and syllabus for the AISSEE 2024 are available for candidates to prepare for the examination.
